Workflow integrations, done for you

Your tools already do most of what you need. They just don't talk to each other.

I connect the tools you already use — so the data flows without you carrying it. Flat price. No contracts. You own everything.

Built for 1–5 person service businesses — where the owner still answers the phone.

The second shift

Sound familiar?

  • The phone rings while you're with a client

You can't answer, and the call isn't captured anywhere. So it becomes another thing to re-type, chase, and remember later — if you remember at all.

  • The workday ends. The data entry starts.

You copy the day's bookings, customers, and invoices from one app to another. The tools don't talk, so you're the one carrying the information between them.

  • You sent the proposal. Then forgot to follow up.

Nothing in your tools reminds you, so the follow-up slips. Between sending the proposal and the reminder you meant to set, the lead goes cold.

  • If you stop, everything stops

You're the glue between your tools. Take a day off and the hand-offs break — because the connections only exist in your head.

That's not running a business. That's being the middleman between tools that should talk to each other.

The approach

I make your tools talk. One connection at a time.

Not twelve connections. One — the one that gets your time back the fastest. Built around the tools you already use, so there's nothing new to learn.

  1. 01

    The Teardown call

    30 MIN · $250 FLAT

We talk about how your week actually runs — which tools you use and where you re-type or lose information. No prep needed on your end.

I ask about what repeats, what falls through the cracks, and what eats your evenings. You don't need to document anything first — the mess is the point.

  2. 02

    The written summary

    WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS

You get a ranked list of what's costing you the most, with a plain-English fix for each — and an honest note where you don't need me at all.

This is yours to keep whether or not we work together. If the honest answer is "just turn on the reminders in your scheduling app," that's what it'll say.

  3. 03

    One quick win

    1–2 WEEKS · $500–$2,000

I build the single highest-value connection first and get it live in your business. You see your tools talking to each other before going further.

Usually it's missed-call recovery or quote follow-up — whichever the Teardown ranked first. Anything customer-facing gets a step where you approve before it sends.

  4. 04

    Keep it running

MONTH TO MONTH · CANCEL ANYTIME

I monitor it, fix it when something breaks, and add new connections as your business changes. You go back to the work you're actually good at.

No contract. No lock-in. You own every login, every workflow, every piece of documentation. If we part ways, it all keeps working.

One quick win

You don't buy a "digital transformation." You buy one thing that works.

The first build is small, and it works. You see it running on your phone, in your business, with your customers. Then — and only then — you decide what's next.

Before

  1. 01

Customer calls while you're with a client. Goes to voicemail.

  2. 02

You finish up, see the missed call two hours later.

  3. 03

You call back. They don't answer. You play phone tag.

  4. 04

Three days later you realize you never got the details.

  5. 05

The business goes to whoever picked up the phone.

After

  1. 01

Customer calls while you're with a client. Goes to voicemail.

  2. 02

A text goes out in seconds: "With a client — call you back, or text me what you need?"

  3. 03

Their reply is captured and turned into a lead with the details.

  4. 04

You get one clean list of who to call back, in order.

  5. 05

You call back the same day with the details already in hand.

Illustrative example — a pattern I can build, not a client result.

It starts with a 30-minute call. $250 flat.

You talk about your week. I find what's eating your time. You get a written summary within 3 business days — yours to keep either way.

Common questions

Asked before, answered straight

Is this a sales call?

No. It's a working session. I ask about your week, you get a written summary of what to fix and how. There's no pitch deck and no "special offer that expires Friday." If the honest answer is that you don't need me, the summary will say so.

Do I need to know anything about integrations or tech?

No. That's the whole point. You describe what's eating your time in plain English. I figure out the tech. If you happen to know what tools you use, that helps, but I'll ask.

What do you do with the info I put in this form?

It goes to me and only me — no list, no third party, no resale. I use it to prepare for our call, and I delete it if we don't work together.
